We were attempting to sell my dad’s property, he had a house when he passed. That we had lived in and knew very well. The house was getting no interest just unfurnished and empty. So in the mean time we decided to Air BB it for some income while it was selling. It’s interesting how furniture can make a setting for a home and family atmosphere.
But how do you do this cheaply without spending a ton of money on furniture and accessories for a startup venture.
If you were to purchase new furniture it could cost, you thousands of dollars.
So, I decided to go a different way with this Air B&B. The larger items like a platform bed and Loveseat and Chair and Coffee tables I got from a local Furniture store that provides Removal to their customers of the clients unwanted items once they purchased new furniture. And also, that furniture store also has warranty items that may be slightly defective for a regular person paying full price but very good for a little DIY Fix for an Air BB. Also, in our town we have a secondhand furniture store, kind of like Goodwill this was good for getting some of the lamps and smaller things. Then we supplemented with Amazon and other stores to get a fresh new look and bring it all together.

I do agree that this house could have been taken to the next level with some artwork and more accessories like these photos below:
